Ocean Divine Review

Ocean Divine’s owners have over 30 years of experience diving the Maldives and are onboard to make sure you have a memorable trip.

Her itineraries focus entirely on Ari atoll, allowing guests to discover this exciting and famous part of the Maldives in it’s full entirety.

Taking just 12 guests, this is the ultimate luxury Maldives liveaboard for those seeking a more personal experience.

Great for: Ari Atoll, Personal Experience, Small Groups, Spa,

Trip Lengths: 7 Nights.

Max Guest Capacity: 12

Operates: December – April

Ocean Divine runs a unique route – it spends an entire week exploring just Ari atoll, which is considered by many to offer the best diving within the entire Maldives.

Comprised of 105 islands, Ari atoll is a great location for shipwrecks, drift dives and coral coated underwater pinnacles, where one can spot many reef sharks, manta rays and even hammerhead sharks (hammerheads at Rasdhoo atoll, which is part of Ari).

Whilst Ari atoll is commonly featured in the central Maldives routes of other liveaboards, it is usually explored for just one or two days.

By spending an entire week diving at Ari, one can truly discover the immense scope of dive sites here, including those that are more rarely visited or even newly discovered.

Of course, if you do want to explore other regions you’ll need to take a different liveaboard such as Conte Max or Scubaspa Yang

The owners of Oceans Divine have over 30 years experience in the Maldives and are onboard to ensure your diving holiday is a special one! On some nights they use diagrams to give detailed talks about marine life.

One of the staff is an an experienced masseuse, another is a high level chef and a third is an insanely upbeat bartender who makes a mean cocktail! The dive guides are knowledgable and also highly experienced.

The max group size of Ocean Divine is twelve – this is the smallest group size of any liveaboard, making it a great option for those seeking a more personal experience.

In total, there is a crew of ten ensuring an almost 1:1 crew to guest ratio.

In the afternoons, guests can enjoy icy drinks on the outdoor lounge or sundeck as they take in the stunning sunset views, whilst listening to their favourite music.

There’s also a spacious indoor lounge and bar area, with beautiful interior decor and plenty of great views.

In the evenings, take a DVD to your cabin or the living room, play some games or simply unwind and watch the stars from the front or upper decks.

Additional activities include stand-up paddelboarding, beach visits, BBQ’s, free diving and snorkelling.

Ocean divine is the best option for fully discovering the legendary Ari Atoll! It’s also ideal for anyone seeking to escape the crowds and have a more intimate trip!

“Just came back from Maldives and had a spectacular time diving. The dive masters Pablo and Xanath were phenomenal. They made environment protection and safety a priority. When possible, they tried to time the dives so that we were not with other groups and had the site to ourselves.”

“Anyone that wants to have a magnificent memorable experience. Owners, crew and guests feel like family!!! Miss them and would love a reunion!!!”
